CocoCrave ("we", "us") operates cococrave.co.uk from 47 Upper Tything Road, Worcester WR1 1JZ, United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you order from us.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus the details of your order. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

3. How we use your data

We use your information solely to prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, process payment, and — if you opt in — send you offers and news. We do not sell your data.

4. Storage & security

Order data is stored securely with Google Firebase (EU/UK compliant infrastructure). Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: your shopping cart (stored in your browser) and a session cookie for staff logins. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
