1. Ordering

Orders placed through cococrave.co.uk are an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation page or email. A minimum order value of £10.00 applies to delivery orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and refund you in full.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A service fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; alternatively, orders may be paid on delivery where offered.

3. Delivery

We deliver within our Worcester delivery area during opening hours. Estimated delivery times (typically 25–40 minutes) are indicative and may vary at busy periods. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct — we cannot refund orders that fail because of incorrect details.

4. Allergens & food safety

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. See our allergen information page and tell us about allergies in the order notes. We cannot guarantee any item is free of traces.

5. Refunds & issues

If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 24 hours at info@cococrave.co.uk or 01905 123456 with your order reference. Where an item is missing, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality we will replace it or refund the affected item.

6. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
